John has been a Chief Engineer for 10+ years working for multiple major property management companies. John is a U.S. Navy veteran and developed the concept of a fair and reasonable maintenance company for all commercial, retail, and industrial locations.

Michael is a people person. He is well suited to work on any necessary assignments and is very familiar with the high expectations of property management. Michaels's calm, matter-of-fact, detail orientated attitude can handle all the work you throw at him!
